Shipping and Delivery:

At this time, BullyWare, LLC ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and to a select number of international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on www.bullyware.net pass to you, the consumer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy:

You may purchase merchandise from www.bullyware.net by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). BullyWare, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Returns on merchandise are accepted within 15 business days of the ship date.  Refunds will be provided for damaged goods only.  On all other returns, you will receive store credit or an exchange.

Returned items must be in unworn condition, with original tags and original packaging included.  All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer unless the merchandise is damaged.   Please include a copy of your packing slip along with your request for exchange or store credit.

No COD on return shipments will be accepted. Please return merchandise by standard ground shipment or regular first class mail. 

No returns on underwear permitted.
